PROJECT GOALS
To develop and execute a dynamic social media content strategy for BorderXChange, an exchange center based in Chula Vista, to enhance brand visibility, build trust, and engage with the local community. The goal is to create visually appealing and informative posts that effectively communicate BorderXChange's services, competitive rates, and customer-centric values while fostering a strong online presence that drives foot traffic and customer loyalty.
MY ROLE
Developing a content calendar that aligns with BorderXChange's brand identity, promotions, and community-focused initiatives.
Designing high-quality, branded graphics and multimedia content (e.g., static posts, stories, carousels, and videos) for platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
Creating posts that highlight services, exchange rates and promotions tailored to the audience in Chula Vista.
Monitoring social media channels, responding to inquiries, and engaging with followers to build relationships and address customer needs promptly.
Analyzing social media metrics to identify trends, measure content performance, and optimize future campaigns.

Collaborating with the management team to ensure content aligns with business goals and customer expectations.
